Our Process
Step 1: Build Your Profile
By building your profile as a client, you are automatically entered into our database. Your complete profile offers a glimpse into not just who you are and what you’re looking for, but how we can help you achieve your goals.
Step 2: Book Your Discovery Call
As soon as you submit your profile, you’ll be invited to book your complimentary Discovery Call with our matchmaker and dating coach. During your call, we’ll establish your dating challenges, possible resolutions, and next steps—and if it’s a fit, an invitation to work directly with us and move to the next stage, the consultation.
Step 3: Your Consultation
You’ll meet with our matchmaker in person or virtually (depending on your location) for an even more in-depth conversation about your dating history, your values, your lifestyle, and your goals. From there, we’ll build out a matchmaking package that will best suit your unique needs and circumstances. You are one-of-a-kind—and your matchmaking experience should be too.
Step 4: Your Unique Journey to Love
After we establish the details of your matchmaking experience, the real work begins. We take the time to get to know you: you’ll meet with our matchmaker at least once a week for an in-depth discussion, on top of date preparation and date feedback sessions. You can also request additional sessions for added support throughout your journey. Through your sessions, we build an even more comprehensive profile that allows us to match you with the best possible candidates intentionally, who align with your values. The process is discreet, thorough, and emphasizes compatibility, curiosity, and communication. We only work with 6 clients at a time to ensure that each client is receiving full, personalized attention throughout their matchmaking experience.
Throughout your matchmaking journey, you can expect:
Weekly discussions with our matchmaker: This ensures alignment and a full picture of who you are, your values, what you’re searching for, and challenges we can address.
Curated and aligned matches: We vet every potential candidate before making an introduction. Quality matches above all else.
Date preparation: Whether you need emotional support ahead of a first date or want to practice being on a first date after an extended time off the market, we will ensure that you meet your match prepared and confident.
Date coordination: We do the heavy lifting for you: we’ll coordinate your first date, from making the introduction to choosing and booking the location to everything in between. We’ll take care of all of the logistics so you don’t have to.
Post-date feedback: Our process ensures that the feedback loop refines our understanding of what connection and chemistry mean to you.
Momentum is key: When a match feels aligned, we’ll schedule the second date within 72 hours to preserve the excitement of spending time with someone who may be your forever person.
